Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Blindecor! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including consultations, product orders, and installations. By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms.

• Free Consultations – We offer complimentary in-home or on-site consultations.
• Estimate Validity – All price estimates are valid for 15 days due to the constant fluctuation of market prices. After this period, a new estimate may be required.

• Deposit Requirement – A 50% deposit is required to process all custom orders.
• Accepted Payment Methods – We accept credit cards, checks, Zelle, bank wire, and cash.
• Non-Refundable Custom Orders – Since all custom orders begin production on the same day of approval, they become non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

• Production Timeline – Orders are typically completed within 7 business days from the approval date.
• Scheduling Installation – Once production is complete, we will contact you to schedule installation at a convenient time.
• Customer Responsibility – Customers must provide clear access to the installation area and ensure all necessary approvals for installation are in place.

• Cancellation Within 12 Hours – Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the deposit provided.
• Non-Refundable Deposits – Deposits become non-refundable after 12 hours from order confirmation.

• Warranty Coverage – All our products come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturer defects.
• Exclusions – The warranty does not cover: 
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use, handling, or installation not performed by Blindecor
• Repairs & Replacements – If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected product at no cost, subject to warranty terms.

• Blindecor is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Liability for damages during installation is limited to the cost of the product.
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supplier shortages or external factors.

• Customer information is used strictly for the purpose of order processing and service fulfillment.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

• Blindecor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
• By placing an order with Blindecor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
